Week 3 #crochet6in366

January is slipping by very quickly here. There’s a lot going on, and I have to be away in a few days too. My squares will either get a little behind or I’ll manage to make them before I go, who knows? However, I’m still determined to make that 366. How are you all getting on? I’d love to know.

Here’s the colour chart to remind you.

  • Jan 16: 2/3/4/1/5/5
  • Jan 17: 3/1/2/4/5/5
  • Jan 18: Single colour square in Duck Egg. This completes Strip 3.
  • Jan 19: Single colour square in Duck Egg. This begins Strip 4.
  • Jan 20: 3/4/2/1/5/5
  • Jan 21: 2/3/1/4/5/5

Week 3 MAGENTA sequence

  • Jan 15: 5/1/2/4/3/5
  • Jan 16: 5/2/3/4/1/5
  • Jan 17: 5/3/1/2/4/5
  • Jan 18: Single colour square in Magenta. This completes Strip 3.
  • Jan 19: Single colour square in Magenta. This begins Strip 4.
  • Jan 20: 5/3/4/2/1/5
  • Jan 21: 5/2/3/1/4/5

I was tempted to add week 4 here as well, but have decided to publish that as usual next week via a scheduled post. If you have any queries or comments I’ll answer them as soon as I can. If you are following along or making a 6×8 strip blanket the halfway point will be reached next week!

I dye. Colour is my business and I using a variety of materials. I also enjoy enabling other creatives to enjoy their art. Crochet is one of my current means of expression. Some of my blogs are kept as daily records. Take a look and you will see.

  1. I’m managing just fine on my first project of the year. I have fourteen squares joined already and will join the fifteenth today. I have another fourteen three round squares in pattern, waiting for the other three rounds including the joining. So that will be the first four weeks. I sent you a photo to show you my progress so far.
