Another fun blanket using the ‘instructions’ HERE

This was quick to make as it’s only small. It’s ideal for a lap blanket – or (my favourite current use) fold it in half diagonally and use it as a cosy ‘hug’. We all need hugs during this awful Covid period.

Colours used: all Stylecraft Special DK – one ball of each colour

• Parma Violet
• Magenta
• Apple
• Lavender
• Violet
• Toy
• Apricot

The joining and border took almost 3 balls of Blush in the same yarn.

The contrast colours in the border are Magenta and Apricot.

This hug will be given to a neighbour I hardly knew before the first lockdown. She has gone above and beyond to help and cheer lonely people. This is the least she deserves.
