This blanket has gone to its forever home – a new entry to the world on Valentine’s Day. Welcome little one.

Here are the details:

Colours used for the centre of the blocks – a combination of two colours, a two-round centre with a third round in another colour. All blocks are different.

Stylecraft Special DK

One round of Stylecraft FIESTA was then added to every square.

Once ready as above all squares were joined using

King Cole Bonus DK in STARLING

110 squares laid out in a 10 x 11 arrangement.

Finished size was approx 50 x 52 inches.

QUANTITIES

Leftover yarn was used for all the blocks except for Fiesta and Starling.

A small border with Starling and one round of Fiesta finished it off
