Life throws all sorts of things in our way, but there is always a way through. I have had no heart for blogging about my crochet journey, and Instagram is just too demanding.
I’m still crocheting and many blankets have gone out since I last wrote here. The heatwave, about to return I gather, has disrupted the flow a bit, but I’m working on something a little different. Still grannies, but a new layout.
This gives nothing away – not because it’s secret but because some things still have to be finalised. It may be autumn before it’s completely finished, we’ll see.
Please let me know how you all are. I’ve missed keeping in touch with but there have been pressing things to attend to. Hubby is back to the hospital tomorrow, life is never boring!

So sorry about the curve balls life has been sending you. That totally sucks.
Things are ok here. I have thought of you often but am not on IG much either. Dad went into aged care on Jan and is loving it. He is so busy with bingo, putt putt, find a word or fit minds – he is now back to walking 5km 3 x a week. He is as happy as Larry.

Hi Linda. Glad things are working out for Dad. It’s difficult to know what’s for the best sometimes isn’t it. It’s lovely to catch up. I’m not doing much on any social media. I just can’t be bothered. 🤭.
Husband will be fine but appointment after appointment for a few months and more to come. Better than no treat though, so no complaints. Keep your eyes open – I might even blog again soon 😱xox
