Temperature Blanket Legend December 2016 – November 2017

These are the colours I chose to represent the temperature degrees. As mentioned elsewhere I chose one colour for each degree rather than a colour for several. This has given the blanket a more random feel, and represents the overall annual temperature in a more evocative way. The original colour range was chosen from the leftover balls I already had in my stash – initially nothing was bought. The sample cards below show the colours I used – no strand of yarn next to a degree means that that temperature was not recorded for these purposes.

The colours used are all from the Stylecraft Special DK range and were mostly purchased from Deramores.
